Back from London and back in the South.
Now working with the Bayleys Queenstown team, with the experience of managing (with his wife Phillipa) the Bayleys London office in Mayfair and prior to that in Dunedin as the owner/manager of Bayleys Commercial; Alister brings with him an extensive background in commercial and industrial sales and leasing as well as business broking.

A proven auctioneer with a 95% success rate of selling his auction campaigns he has a wealth of experience to offer his clients from his pre real estate career in financing and banking, his management of and ownership of his own businesses and his knowledge of the Otago/Southland market.

Alister has a local as well as overseas data base of known and trusted clients looking to New Zealand as an investment market.
