Simon Beadle

Simon Beadle has lived and worked in the Wakatipu area for the past 17 years. Before making the change to real estate in 2003, Simon was the Managing Director of an art and antique business in Arrowtown.


Extensive understanding of Queenstown and its people has contributed to Simon’s success in real estate over the past five years. Having become good friends of several past Vendors, Simon suggests that this rapport was built through his listening skills and a sincere desire to mould the marketing and sales process to their needs.
