David Murray has spent more than 30 years in real estate in a number of roles, from direct selling to senior management and executive directorship.


His sales experience and sector knowledge have made him a seasoned commentator on the whole sphere of property sales and marketing, underscored by his stewardship of real estate companies and organisations. He is also an experienced and highly successful auctioneer.


An REINZ member since 1978 David was a director of the First National Real Estate Group and the Christchurch-based Real Estate Network. He has also served as a committee member of the Canterbury Westland District Branch of REINZ.


Recently he was awarded the prestigious Graham Bayley Award. This award is the highest non selling award the Bayleys board bestows. It is presented to individuals who have provided excellent service to the company and have contributed to the company’s culture, performance and professional standing, upholding those values Graham Bayley laid down when he founded the company.
