This role required Phillipa to work with migrants seeking to move to New Zealand also assisting NZ expatriates and international prospective buyers with all matters relating to investment and residential properties .

With a background in media advertising Phillipa has always understood the power of marketing. She chose the Bayleys brand because it was considered to be a market leader nationally and with a prestigious international network globally.
